We have a lot of faith in our products and we’re sure that they’re going to improve your lawn or garden, but we understand that sometimes you’ll need to return the products to us. Just give us a call at (716) 681-7796 and explain the situation. If the product is unopened and the purchase is less than 30 days old, you can send it back to us and we’ll refund your money minus the cost of shipping. Otherwise we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on products that have already been opened.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately and we will provide a full refund, so long as the item has not already shipped
. We have a quick turn-around time for processing orders (often less than 1 business day), and once the product has left the building our shipping provider charges a separate cancellation fee for orders that have to be returned.
If your product arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, a photo of the damaged item(s), and the name of the item that was damaged. Shipping companies now require photographic evidence of damage to file a claim, so we must now require photos as well. We are happy to replace damaged items at no cost to you.
